Spring Photo Comp T&Cs

How do I enter the competition? 

To enter the Springtime in the Park photo competition, participants must either post a photo on Instagram and tag @parrapark and #SpringCompParraPark or post a photo in the comments of the Parramatta Park competition post on Facebook and like the Facebook page. The photo needs to be taken on the grounds of Parramatta Park and has to be posted publicly between 5pm AEST Monday 4 Sept and 5pm AEST Thursday 30 Nov 2023. Multiple entries are permitted.

What can I win?

1 x $100 Misc Parramatta voucher. 

When does the competition close?

The competition closes at 5pm AEST Thursday 30 November 2023. 

Who can enter the competition?

Anyone who is aged 18+ is eligible to enter. This competition is not open to employees of Parramatta Park Trust, its contractors, and their immediate families.

How do you pick the winners?

This is a game of skill. The best photo will be chosen manually by the marketing team at Parramatta Park Trust and the winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook Direct Messanger. Photos will be judged on their creativity, portrayal of Springtime and must clearly feature Parramatta Park.

General Ts and Cs

The promoter is Parramatta Park Trust, 6+8 Parramatta Square, Parramatta NSW 2124.

Parramatta Park Trust reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.

The Trust will contact the winner via Instagram or Facebook Direct Messenger after the competition has completed. If the winner does not contact the Trust within 2 days of contact, another person will be chosen. 

Please ensure you are complying with COVID Health Orders and following COVID safe measures or restrictions at Misc.
The following conditions apply:
The prize (valued at $100 AUD) can only be redeemed at Misc Parramatta and must be redeemed in one sitting.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Trust will promote the competition through e-newsletters and social media, including Facebook and Instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with either parties.

By entering this competition, entrants consent to their content being re-shared by Parramatta Park on Instagram and Facebook.
