Mother's Day Classic 2018

Sunday May 13 to Sunday May 13

Parramatta Park

The Mother’s Day Classic is an annual fun run and walk raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research. A fun, healthy and inspirational community event that brings the community together on Mother’s Day to support and remember those touched by breast cancer, all funds raised are directed to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). The event plays an important role in raising the profile of breast cancer and the need for research within the community. We anticipate a participation level of up to 5,000 participants at Parramatta Park this year.

Since the first event in 1998, over half a million men, women and children have walked or run in the Mother’s Day Classic and raised $27 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

This year’s event will be held at more than 100 locations across Australia. Every state and territory capital city will be holding events, as will many regional centres and country towns.
