Getting to the Park is easy, regardless of where you are coming from. It is a short distance from Parramatta and Westmead railway stations and the Parramatta ferry wharf.
During the Crescent Summer Series there may be changes in traffic conditions and we advise concert-goers to use public transport to get to the Park.
Event organisers can be contacted the day before the event and throughout event day (until close) via the event hotline on 0457 563 791. For general enquiries about an event, use the contact details on the event website/links provided on their listing at crescentsummerseries.com.au
As the Crescent Summer Series approaches, we encourage you to sign up for our automated text message service. You’ll receive SMS alerts to remind you about upcoming events and advise you of changes to traffic conditions or Park access that may be in place on the day. You can register for SMS alerts via the ‘What’s on’ page on our website.
Parramatta Park Trust has provided event producers with guidelines about reducing noise. Under the guidelines, if soundchecks are required, they must be conducted after 10am. On event days, amplified music is only permitted between 10am and 11pm. Sound from the event shouldn’t interfere with your normal conversation. An independent noise consultant will attend each music festival to monitor noise, investigate complaints and direct the event producer to reduce noise if it exceeds the permissible level. If you feel the noise is too loud, please call the event hotline on 0457 563 791.
Please note: the hotline will start operating the day before the event and be available throughout event day until close. It will not be operational on non-event days and requests for event information should be addressed to the event producers directly. Links are available on our website at crescentsummerseries.com.au.
