Group fitness and personal training
Personal trainers are welcome to use the Park with their clients if they have a permit from the Parramatta Park Trust.
To apply for a permit, trainers must be registered with Fitness Australia and hold a Senior First Aid Certificate and current Public Liability Insurance policy. Download and complete a Parramatta Park Personal Trainer permit application form (PDF) and email it, with copies of your documentation, to firstname.lastname@example.org

Personal training zones
Most areas in the Park can be used for group fitness and personal training sessions. These large areas are divided into 8 zones. The remaining ‘exclusion zones’ include the Old Kings Oval, heritage areas, formal gardens, barbecue/picnic facilities and children’s playgrounds.
