The NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) has issued a statewide TOTAL FIRE BAN for Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November 2019 until 12 midnight. This means no fires in the park including coal and gas fire BBQ's and all fire permits are suspended. Please report any fires quickly to 000.

Depending on the scale of the event the following organisations will need notification about the event: 

• NSW Police Local Area Command, all event organisers must send a notice of intention to hold a public assembly.

• Transport NSW

• Local Council traffic committee for changes to traffic flows.

• Local NSW Health Authority

• Local Fire Brigade

Welcome to Country

Event organisers may wish to arrange a Welcome to Country for their event. A list of approved providers of this service can be found by contacting the NSW Aboriginal Land Council.
