Please be advised that some Westmead entry points and Park thoroughfares will be closed for about four weeks during archaeological investigations starting from 20 April. Directional signage will be posted to show alternate access points. The Trust thanks you for your patience while this work is carried out.

In response to community concerns, we would like to update our visitors and the general public about safety measures in Parramatta Park.

More information

We wish to advise visitors that the Salter Field playground will be closed from Monday 4 May and removed over several days. The Parramatta Park Trust has invested $2 million on a brand NEW playground to replace this well-loved playground which is located only a short walk away at Domain Creek.
