Event Applications

All applicants are encouraged to review the information available on our website before completing the appropriate Event Application Form below.

When you have completed the form, please email the final copy to events@ppt.nsw.gov.au

Once we receive your application we will assess the availability of your preferred venue site and suitability of the event for the Park.

You should submit your event proposal as early as possible but not less than 12 weeks for large events (generally over 1,000 people) or 6 weeks for small events (generally less than 1,000 people).
